These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Sumra (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Sumra is a personal expense-tracking tool that recognizes payment screenshots and voice input on your device, and organizes them into ledgers, budgets, and reports. The App is a record-keeping aid only — it does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Recognition results may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing entries before relying on them.
The App offers an auto-renewable yearly subscription ("Pro Yearly") and a one-time lifetime purchase ("Pro Lifetime").
Your ledger data is stored locally in the App sandbox and App Group container. You are responsible for your own backups. The App provides CSV export and a versioned structured-data JSON backup; the JSON backup does not contain archived evidence images. We have no ledger-recovery server and cannot recover lost data. Files you export remain wherever you choose to save them.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass its purchase mechanisms, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The App, its design, and its content are the property of the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on your own devices under these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost data or financial decisions made based on the App's output. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
