Using Sumra

Which images can I import?

Choose completed USD payment confirmations. Review the amount, merchant, and date before saving. Refunds, incoming payments, pending transactions, and explicitly identified foreign currencies are not supported by automatic capture. You can still enter records manually.

Why is an item marked as a possible duplicate?

Two records may have similar amounts, merchants, or dates. Possible duplicates start unchecked. Select an item only if it represents a separate payment.

How do I restore Pro or manage a subscription?

Open Settings in Sumra and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Does a backup contain my payment images?

JSON backups contain structured records only. They do not contain evidence images. Keep your original payment images separately before reinstalling Sumra or changing devices. There is no bank synchronization or Sumra cloud account.

How do I delete my data?

Use the data controls in Sumra Settings. Export records you need first. Deleting local records cannot be undone unless you have a compatible backup; structured backups do not restore evidence images.
